Projects for vocational school students ?

Hello.

I am volunteering at a vocational school in Italy. Students (aged up to 18) are learning to become beauty specialists, cooks, electricians, etc.

I am responsible for organising projects: for both formal and non-formal education. One type of projects is youth mobility projects (for example, exchange programmes and internships).

But could you please advise other types of projects that can be organised for the students of a vocational school?

I don't really have experience in the education field, so I decided to ask for an advice. I would greatly appreciate any advice. Cheers.
