Fastest "methods" to get as many credits as possible?

I'm curious to know the best ways to rush & finish my credit requirements.

I have 120 credit degree, and I have done 60 credits as of now. (and it would take me 2 more years to finish my degree if I follow the traditional route).

I love education but I think uni is too slow.

Example: Uni takes 4 months to teach a course. I start learning the course a week before the test & I pass with flying colors. I'm not saying I'm a genius or a smart person. But I personally think the material is not worth spending 4 months on.

I'm super sorry if I come off as arrogant. I just wanna how to get done with uni as fast as possible lol.
