did i fail as a teacher?

Hi. Today I was putting the final marks, and in a group i had to fail 7 kids because they didn’t hand me most of the tasks. In the other group only 2 failed for the same reason. In the other hand, there’s a lot of excellent notes.

I don’t know how to feel about it. I feel guilty.
