Is Inclusive Education Achievable In Schools?

To what extent do you think inclusive education is achievable in schools and what roles do the following factors have.

1) Politics

2) Society; parents and teachers

3) Economy and funding

4) Whether a differently abled child will learn better in an environment where they are surrounded by
similar individuals or diversified faces. Basically, in an environment especially designed for them, or
an inclusive environment.

This is about children with learning disabilities specifically but can also include groups who have traditionally been excluded like minority groups.
