My Title I middle school has started discussing how to make our school more equitable. Part of this is going to be looking at other schools'/districts' policies to compare and find how we can make ours better. Our student body is approximately 65% white, 16% Black/two or more races, and 16% Hispanic/Latino.
Does anyone know of a school or district that I should look at their policies to see an example of how we can be more equitable?
