[Free Lunch Politics] Are the school cafeterias ever required to display or avail cafeteria food ingredients and maybe the distribution company name and the product names?

It always concerns me when organizations provide unlabeled "fresh" meals that don't provide the same background info as store products. Free lunches are so often total mystery "food" with no company info. How often do you see blank, clear-packaged foods?
