How to change my career from IT to business related field by doing a masters degree?

Little bit about myself : Indian trying to change career by getting a degree in MIM as I have no work exp. currently have an UG IT degree

Are American grad school good for MiM or it's still premature? I'm mainly worried about the jobs. I'll be needing an h1b1 visa to stay there .After management studies, People say some jobs won't even provide you with the opportunity of getting an h1b1 visa in US specifically.

Or else , is there any other country it's fairly easy to settle in ? Maybe Canada or UK or France or Iceland or NL? Any suggestions please :)

I'm sure I'll be able to contribute to the society with my skills so not a case of free immigration or anything.
