I transferred out of the special education program at my school this year. Is it still possible to get extra time on the ACT test if I’m not in the program?

I transferred out of the special education program at my school this year. Is it still possible to get extra time on the ACT test if I’m not in the program? I transferred out when I was given the option because I stupidly thought I didn’t need it anymore but now as I go through the year I realize that I messed up. I’m slow when I take tests and quizzes from autism. So when I heard that the ACT test was timed I realized I messed up by transferring out. Everywhere I look for disability requirements, it says you need an IEP and I don’t have one anymore because I transferred out. I don’t know what to do in my situation. Any advice?
