Last year my school got a new drama teacher. You know, the teacher that you're supposed to be the one you go back to and joke about old times with when you're 40? Supposed to be passionate and a good director and actually listen and speak to the students? Anyway, this guy has the personality of grape nuts. He's a very bad director, the most boring teacher known to man, dismissive of students, and every one I know hates or dislikes him. Whenever he walks into a room, you can see all the drama kids cringe because they hope to God he doesn't talk to them. This is coming from someone who reads plays in his free time, does community theatre, and plans to get a doctorate in the subject and pursue acting. Basically, if you can make /me/ dread drama class or rehearsal, you are doing something wrong. He's been teaching for two years at our school. Anything we can do to complain about him? Or do we just accept that some teachers aren't great? Thanks!
