Advice

I applied for a level 2 college course and I ended at Level 1,after a year I changed courses to a media course for my level 2, going into level 3 this year (September) they told me I have to do 2 years and Level 3 to get qualified to get into university. Am 18 and i don’t want to go uni late (20/21) when my friends go uni at a early age(18/19) . Should I apply for a uni after my first year of L3 and do like conditional offer or do the 2 years get my full qualification and do uni when am 20
