I’ve been a full-time teacher for 10 years, but I want to focus on finishing grad school next year as a full-time student instead. I plan to pick up sub jobs here and there as a substitute, but I’m nervous about how to do classroom management as a stranger. I’ve always been a bit on the softer side and I can imagine the kids eating me alive. Advice?
