How can I become a musician without attending a university? My university does not allow me to practice my religion and there is no other music university nearby that I can attend.

I applied for the singing major and got in. I really love singing and I would like to do this for a living one day.
My university has decided to add weekend courses, and I do not work on Saturdays due to religious reasons. I got into this university for free thanks to high exam grades, but I can't continue its courses because there is no tolerance for religious people who won't work in any day of the weekend, be it Saturday or Sunday.
I have presented my case before the Dean, but he did not present me with any solution and just told me to deal with it and go to classes anyway.
So, where can I go to address this and how can I become a musician without attending a university?
