Textbook Reading Difficulty

I am in college and I have a really hard time like sitting down and just reading my textbook chapters. I can get so much more done listening to lectures, videos discussing concepts, or just someone reading the chapter to me. But since that is audio is rarely available I was wondering if anyone had some tricks on how to focus on reading college-level uninteresting material
