[help] How do you motivate yourself to get through your work when you have an overwhelming amount?

Hi, UK 2nd year uni student here. I study psychology and social science. I have so much work to do, and that’s just talking about lectures and seminar preparation. I also have two assessments very soon, one of which is a quantitative method exam and the other being a psychology based essay.

I just really have so much, I don’t know how to keep going because I feel it never ends. I don’t even think I’ve been unproductive but it’s still piling up. I got behind on one thing and now I’m spiralling out of control. I got a whiteboard, I make lists, I take breaks regularly, etc etc but it’s just not helping me push forward quick enough.

Any tips on what you can do during a time like this? I can’t handle the anxiety of being behind. It’s totally out of character for me. Sorry for the massive vent, also.
