Student Looking to Interview Early Childhood Educators

Hi all!

I am currently a student in my final semester at a 2-year college to get my associate degree in early childhood education. As a part of my education course, I am required to interview a teacher, primarily those who work in early childhood. These questions address certain aspects of your job, opinions on tenure and unions, your philosophy of education, and current issues such as COVID-19's impact on education.
