I would like to get your opinion on the concept of an after school operator enterprise. A place where children/teenagers will be able to attend after school, that will help them experience and learn new topics and areas that are not able to do so either at school or in the afternoons.
This enterprise will act as an education and career counsellor that will help children/teenagers to experience new areas (Music, Sports, STEM+, E-sports, Arts, Manual Work, etc) that will have the objective of identifying what are they good at, and what not, or what are they passionate about. This at the end will act as a counselling advice of what are the options of university study and career path, so children/teenagers are more confident and focused on how will they contribute in life.
There will be no grading system whatsoever, rather there will be monitoring by teachers, psychologists, counsellors and through various classes/practices (that will be part of a program x amount of time), an analytic data report will be given to the parents to explain about the individual’s strengths and weaknesses.
