Hello. I am a soon-to-be high school graduate and in the process of applying for colleges, I've been thinking a lot about how formalized education systems and institutions work. I want to know more it so if there are any good resources you could recommend it would be much appreciated.
Anyway at the moment I'm really curious about the financial aspects of education. Like I know that as prices rise over the years, post secondary education becomes less worth it. So I want to know if I'm investing this money for my future career, where is it going? How do these institutions use this money and how do they determine the prices for tuition? And how is all this further complicated with financial aid? Any insights would be extremely valuable. Thank you.
