Can I compensate for my low GPA score (2.9/4) with research papers for MS in Computer Science from an Ivy League?

I have a professional experience of 2 years as a Research Assistant (RA) and I am about to publish two papers, one journal paper related to the applications of ML (Neural Networks specifically) in forecasting natural calamities and a conference paper regarding the effectiveness of data science workshops. Will they be enough to compensate for my low GPA score or do I need to do something more?
