Hello.
Where I live music schools are not mandatory, yet sometimes students enroll without being strongly self-motivated (either being forced by parents or they just don't want to play the music that's in the curriculum) and they often don't practice at all. Do you know any good books, articles, or any other kind of resources that could help me? Doesn't have to be specifically for music education (even though that would be very helpful), but maybe something very general that could be applied to any field.
