Hope I can get some insight on this. Is there a way I can learn things faster without restraints? I want to learn something new but I have to take a 1 year course or like college which takes up to 4 years to complete but when I'm sitting in the class I'm thinking "this is material that can be learned within 4-5 months maybe shorter, why is this being dragged out?" I would try to learn it myself but then there are somethings that I don't understand or would need input on which I wouldn't have without someone with that knowledge on the subject.
Is there a name for someone I can work with 1 on 1 who can say/explain "this is how you do this" and I learn as slow or fast as I want to that way without a set time frame?
I'm talking about things that can range from (Construction, Engineering, Programming etc.)
