How would you attened two colleges at once?

I am currently in my 2nd semester of my first year at college. The semester is coming to an end this month. I am majoring in criminal justice. At the moment I am obtaining an associates of arts degree so I can transfer it over to a university and obtain my bachelors. The thing is though, while I want to major in criminal justice, I also want to pursue art/illustration. That was actually the 2nd reason I came to college. My art teachers have told me I have some talent in it, funny enough they said I would be a good police sketch artist.

I was warned by my advisor that I can not take any more art courses, if I want to transfer to a criminal justice major at the university(I have only taken 2 drawing courses). I was looking into other colleges to transfer to where I would be able to major in criminal justice but minor in art/illustration. I found nothing so I had a thought.

I know it is possible to attend to colleges at once, and I know you can not have financial aid at both, but what if I had a scholarship to attend one, and accept financial aid at the other?
