Just took English II EOC STAAR. What happens if I didn't pass?

Title says it. Just got back from taking it and I'm really not sure whether or not I passed. What happens to one who doesn't pass a STAAR EOC in high school (I'm a sophomore by the way)? Also, when will I find out whether or not I failed? I can't afford summer school because I've got a lot already going on this summer so that would be a bummer if I failed and it requires summer school.
