What's the best University for a Computer Science master's degree with a Machine Learning specialization? 👨‍🎓

What I'm looking for:

• 1-year CS master's degree
• English spoken language at university (and I also need to get around with English)
• Good machine learning courses & machine learning thesis
• As many electives as possible
• Somewhere I can get in with only a 3.5 GPA.
• Many social activities
• It can be anywhere in the world that I can travel to from Denmark.
